Spring Guns 'N Grilling will be May 8-10 at Pipsico. On April 28th, we will plan for meals and what gear we will need. IMPORTANT: On may 5th, one parent or guardian MUST attend the planning meeting. Sign up for this meeting is on the calendar. Scouts need to bring a tent to practice setting up and taking down their tents. If your scout does not have their own tent, please let us know. This will also be the time to determine who may want to tent together. 

Start getting your camp forms completed and turned in! 

Permission Slips and Medical Forms (parts A, B, & C) for each Scout are due to Mary Beth as soon as possible, but no later than June 16th. *Part C will need to be completed by a doctor* Documents are attached here

If you are unable to attend a regular meeting please reach out to a leadership member and let them know. Meetings may include special planning for camping events as well as working on rank requirements. Participation is expected from Scouts that are signed up for events.

Camp Cards are still available! See Mary Beth at the next meeting to sign out what you aim to sell. Camp Cards sell for $10 each with $5 going to the seller's Scout Account. ALL Camp Card money and/or unsold Camp Cards are due at the meeting on May 19th. (Unsold cards can be turned back in at no cost to the Scout)

This is a friendly reminder to please "sign up" for Troop events and "regret" if you are not going.Several events rely on scouts signing up for them.
