Arrive at the Disputanta Community Center at 4:30pm. We will depart at 5:00pm. All forms must be turned in before departure. Pack dinner or eat before you arrive. We will be traveling in Field Uniforms. Have your Activity Uniform along with tennis shoes for weekend activities. Scouts should have practiced putting their tent up, Adults are not allowed to help Scouts with their tents.

Start getting your camp forms completed and turned in! 

Permission Slips and Medical Forms (parts A, B, & C) for each Scout are due to Mary Beth as soon as possible, but no later than June 16th. *Part C will need to be completed by a doctor* Documents are attached here

If you are unable to attend a regular meeting please reach out to a leadership member and let them know. Meetings may include special planning for camping events as well as working on rank requirements. Participation is expected from Scouts that are signed up for events.

Camp Cards are still available! See Mary Beth at the next meeting to sign out what you aim to sell. Camp Cards sell for $10 each with $5 going to the seller's Scout Account. ALL Camp Card money and/or unsold Camp Cards are due at the meeting on May 19th. (Unsold cards can be turned back in at no cost to the Scout)

This is a friendly reminder to please "sign up" for Troop events and "regret" if you are not going.Several events rely on scouts signing up for them.
